The dataset contains information on new disability card applications in different districts of Himachal Pradesh. It includes data on the state name, state code, district name, district code, month, key performance indicator (KPI), total applications received, number of UDID cards approved, number of rejected applications, number of pending applications, and the percentage of pending applications.
