Methodology The data in this dataset was collected through a Management Information System (MIS) maintained by the Mukhyamantri Seva Sanlap Helpline staff. Whenever a citizen contacts the helpline to register a grievance, the staff records the relevant information such as the department, type of complaint, registration date, and closure date into the MIS. The status of the complaint and the resolution time are also recorded by the staff after the complaint has been resolved. This data is stored and maintained in a centralized database or system, which is the source of the dataset.
